Artisan Creative was founded in 2006 as a small web design company under the name Artisan Web. Over the years, we’ve found that our hands-on, collaborative approach has expanded our involvement in client projects far beyond just web design. We’ve developed into a creative agency providing a full suite of professional branding, graphic design, web design and digital media services for clients across New England.

OUR PROCESS
If you’re thinking about starting a new project, that’s awesome! We want to hear all about it! At your convenience, we’ll set up an initial meeting just to chat. Our first encounter is a comfortable conversation that usually lasts about an hour. It gives you the opportunity to tell us more about your project, your goals, and ask us any questions you may have.
There won’t be a any contracts you have to sign, concrete deal you have to make, or consultation fee involved afterward.
At the end of the meeting, you can decide if we should talk further. If so, great! However, if you feel Artisan Creative is not the right fit, we want you to feel perfectly comfortable letting us know that. But we really hope you choose us!
At Artisan Creative, we assess your business just like a new, potential customer. With an outsider’s perspective and the marketing research and experience to prove it, we can gauge how well your business is perceived by your customers, how it’s performing against your competitors and execute a strategize that fits your goals for the project.
We ask lots of questions and do a lot of listening. In this stage, we research your industry, your competition and your target audience to thoroughly understand your company, your project, and your goals. We’ll report back to discuss the best solution for your project and explain how it will align perfectly with your brand and project goals.
At our core, we’re perfectionists and we won’t produce something we’re not proud of just to make a sale. We aim to create meaningful and trusting relationships with our clients and we’re passionate about helping them succeed.
Extra meetings, phone calls, emails and late night website launches fuel our passion. We’ll make sure everything is perfect and put all the pieces together to give you everything you need to launch your project.
